Stir-Fried Water Spinach and Shimeji Mushrooms

water spinach 200g
Shimeji mushrooms 200g
garlic (minced) 2 cloves
dried red chilies (sliced) 2
a pinchi of salt
a pinchi of black pepper
water 4 tsp
KIKKOMAN Less Salt Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  1. Cut the water spinach into 5 cm lengths.
    Separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and dried red chilies and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the shimeji mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the water spinach and pour in the water. Stir-fry until the vegetables are wilted. Drizzle Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce around the edges of the pan and give it a quick stir.
