Cut the garoupa into thick slices, mixed them with a little salt, corn flour and pepper. |

Mix the cooked vermicelli with spring onion, ginger and red pepper, then place on the plate. |

Place the garoupa fillets on top of vermicelli, steam for 4-5 minutes until the fillets are cooked. |

Make the sauce and pour over the fillets and vermicelli. |
