Less Salt Soy Sauce Recipe  

Steam Vermicelli with Fish Fillets (2-3 persons)
 
Pan Fried Scallop with Asparagus

Ingredients

Garoupa fillets or other fish fillets 200g
Taiwan vermicelli (cooked) 25g
Chopped spring onion 2 tbsp
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Chopped red pepper 1 tsp
 
Sauce
KIKKOMAN Less Salt Say Sauce 1/2 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Water 6 tsp
 
1.   Cut the garoupa into thick slices, mixed them with a little salt, corn flour and pepper. KIKKOMAN Less Salt Soy Sauce
 
2.   Mix the cooked vermicelli with spring onion, ginger and red pepper, then place on the plate.
 
3.   Place the garoupa fillets on top of vermicelli, steam for 4-5 minutes until the fillets are cooked.
 
4.   Make the sauce and pour over the fillets and vermicelli.
